Course Bookings Terms and Conditions
Bookings can be made by either phone or email. All Telephone bookings should be confirmed in writing if requested.
A provisional booking can be taken pending an initial deposit or payment being taken, however this will not guarantee a place on the course. Confirmed bookings with either deposit or full payment made will have priority over provisional bookings.
Payment can be made by either, Cheque, Debit card or BACS
A deposit of 25% of the total booking will be required to confirm a course place unless otherwise agreed. Bookings made within 28 days of the course date will require full payment at the time of booking.
Course Certification will not be issued until receipt of full payment.
Any transfers of bookings require 28 days notice in order to avoid any additional charges (please see below).
Less than four weeks’ notice given – 25% of the course fee
Less than two week’s notice given – 50% of the course fee
Transfers must be taken within a nine month period of the original booking date
Any cancellations of bookings which cannot be transferred to another course date within 9 months at the time of cancellation require 28 days notice in order to avoid any additional charges (please see below).

Less than two weeks notice given – 100% of the course fee
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or post and received by the due date.
Non – Attendance
If you do not attend a course and don’t notify us beforehand, 100% of the course fee will still be payable and non-refundable.
In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance, as much notice as possible will be given and either a transfer to an alternative course or refund of fees paid.
